Loan Application Procedures

There are several ways you can apply for a loan at FinAns Federal Credit Union.

  1. Come into the office.  Often we can process your application while you wait.

  2. Apply on the internet.  Apply Now!

  3. We will fax an application upon request.

  4. Applications may be taken over the telephone.  (Note:  In some cases when we are extremely busy this may not be possible.)

  5. We will mail an application upon request.

Additional Information May Be Needed

The following information will be needed for all application unless you have had a loan with us in the past year.

        Verification of Income
                This may be in the form of your last 4 pay stubs.
                Previous year W2
 
        If you have additional income that you wish to use to qualify for the loan, you      
        must produce approved verification.  Note:  We only except your previous years
        income tax return for verification of rental income.

When purchasing a vehicle new or used we must have an offer to purchase from the dealership.  For used vehicles, make sure the dealer lists all the extras on the vehicle, it can make a big difference in the amount we can loan.  All document may be faxed to us at:  219-844-2540.

New Vehicles are financed at 100% of the purchase price, including extended warranties, dealer preparations, and sales tax.

Used Vehicles are financed at 100% of the retail value as listed in the N.A.D.A. Book.
(Generally this valuations is higher than that listed in the Kelley Blue Book)
